Mr. Williams, a law enforcement and maritime security specialist with over 40 years of experience, offers an expertise in reference to Consulting, Case Review, and Investigative Review. 

During his professional career he has given testimony in criminal and civil cases at local, state, and federal venues.  He has a successful track record as reflected by his dedication to working with law enforcement and government agencies as well as private partners for the purpose of achieving a successful lawful outcome to an investigation. 

He holds a reputation as a highly respected maritime security professional who was a member of several CLIA, corporate, and cruise line specific security review committees responsible for the development and implementation maritime security policies and procedures to include CVSSA, Crime Reporting, Criminal Investigation, RAINN, Man Overboard Systems, Closed Circuit Surveillance Systems, and Responsible Services on Alcohol.
