Mr. Williams, former Carnival Cruise Line Senior Manager of Security Services, is announcing the formation of PeaceKeeper Security Consultants L.L.C., a consulting company specializing in criminal and maritime security investigations.  He has twenty five years experience in public law enforcement, retiring as a Detective Sergeant/Task Force Officer assigned to an FBI Violent Crime Criminal Task Force.  He has investigated violent crimes, criminal enterprises, drug and street gangs on international, federal, state and local levels.

He was employed for fifteen years by Carnival Cruise Line (CCL) Security Services Department departing as a Senior Manager responsible for supervision of criminal and civil investigations involving CCL.  During his tenure with CCL, he was assigned as the liaison to international, federal, state and local law enforcement and government agencies.

Robert has instructed the aforementioned agencies on the investigative capabilities CCL had to offer in assisting law enforcement.  He was a CCL security representative for the implementation of the Rape Abuse Incest National Network (RAINN) certification where he was tasked with developing security procedures and adaptation of criminal investigate protocol in response to reported sexual assault and sexual contact incidents.

Mr. Williams was also a CCL security representative to Cruise Line International Association (CLIA) Cruise Vessel Security and Safety Act (CVSSA) Crime Reporting Task Force which was responsible for developing the cruise industry crime reporting protocol consistent with the requirements established in the CVSSA and served as a member of the Carnival Corporation Security Review Group.  He was designated as the CCL Security Services Department Subject Matter Expert and Representative with respect to testifying during depositions and legal proceedings specifically testifying in SDFL U.S. Courts in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
Robert holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Quantico, Virginia.  He has earned numerous certificates of training from the FBI, DEA, U.S. Attorney, New York State Police, and the Toronto Metropolitan Police Department.
